There are two play areas: Toddler 0-3 years of age and Children 4-12 years of age
Parents are responsible for the supervision of your children at all times
No shoes in the play area
Arrows grip socks must be wore by anyone entering the play area; available for purchase
No outside food or drink permitted
There is a cafe onsite that is open at 10am and 4:00pm (5:00pm Fri and Sat) with snacks and sweet treats available all day.

Patrons who are not respectful of others will be asked to leave

No outside toys are permitted in the facility
All children must be accompanied by their parents to the restroom
Arrows is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items inside or in the parking lot
There are security cameras in the common areas
Identifying bracelets are given upon entry and will be checked before exiting to ensure all guests are leaving with their responsible adult
Arrows is an open space allowing parents to have full visibility at all times
